A MOTORCYCLIST was caught on a busy Hereford road without a licence and over the drug limit.
Darryl Morgan entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 28-year-old had been caught riding a Honda CBR motorcycle on Three Elms Road in Hereford while over the drug-drive limit on January 14.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 6.1 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Morgan was also riding without a valid licence, the court heard.
Morgan, of Marlbrook Road, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
