A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been sent for trial after denying two charges.
Stephen Burson entered not guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 48-year-old is accused of assaulting another person in Ross-on-Wye on December 24.

He is also accused of assaulting a person by beating on the same date.
Burson, who is of Gorsley, Ross-on-Wye, was sent for trial and will next appear before Hereford magistrates on October 20.
