A THIEF has admitted fraudulently using another person's stolen card at shops in Hereford.
Stephen Bullock pleaded guilty to two counts of theft and four of fraud by false representation when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 56-year-old had stolen a debit card belonging to another person in Hereford on June 3.
He had then used the card to buy £34.89 worth of goods from Premier Stores in Hereford, £66 worth of goods from Asda petrol station in Hereford, £66 worth of goods from Asda in Hereford, and £25.05 worth of goods from McColls in Hereford on June 3.

He had also stolen cash to the value of £50 from the card's owner on the same date.
The court heard he was subject to a conditional discharge imposed by magistrates in Worcester at the time.
Bullock, of Ruckhall Lane, Belmont, was fined £40 and ordered to pay compensation of £241.94, costs of £135, and a £34 victim surcharge. No action was taken on the breach of conditional discharge.
