EIGHT people have been charged in relation to child abuse at a school just over the Herefordshire border near Malvern.

A West Mercia Police spokesperson said eight men and women have been charged in relation to child physical and sexual abuse dating back to the 1970s.

The charges follow an investigation into allegations of abuse at Rhydd Court School in Worcestershire from the late 1970s to early 1990s.

If you would like to pass info to the investigative team and don’t want to speak to police, or would like any help and support, the NSPCC has set up a helpline.
