AN UNINSURED and unlicensed Hereford driver has been fined after he was caught out behind the wheel.
Endrin Toromani, 33, entered guilty pleas to magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Toromani had been caught using an Audi A3 without insurance in Hereford's Barton Road on November 26.

He was also driving without a licence on the same date.
Toromani, of Kernal Road, Hereford, was fined a total of £160 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
