AN ACCUSED Hereford man has denied charges including sexual assault.
Martin Mossey has been sent for trial before magistrates in Worcester accused of six offences.
The court heard the 67-year-old had denied charges of assaulting a woman by beating in Hereford on May 23, and of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour causing alarm and distress in Hereford on May 23 and twice on May 24.

He is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman aged over 16 by intentionally touching her without consent on May 24 and attempting to sexually assault a woman aged over 16 by intentionally attempting to touch her without consent.
Mossey, of Whitecross Road, Hereford, was remanded in custody and will appear before Worcester magistrates for trial on July 11.
