A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been ordered to pay hundreds after dropping a cigarette butt in the street.
Dean Christopher was proven guilty by magistrates in Portsmouth.

The court heard the 27-year-old had dropped a cigarette and left it in Gloucester's Eastgate Street on December 2.
Christopher, of Old High Town, Peterstow, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £165 and a £34 victim surcharge.
