AN UNINSURED and unlicensed driver failed to stop in Hereford, a court has heard.
Ashley Jones entered guilty pleas to three charges when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 23-year-old had been caught driving a Honda CRV without a licence or insurance in Hereford's Sherborne Close on May 31.
He had also failed to stop when required to do so by a constable in uniform in Sherborne Close on the same date.
Jones, who is of Sherborne Close, Hereford, was fined £250 and received six penalty points.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £42 victim surcharge.
