A MERCEDES driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught in Hereford while more than twice the limit.
Stewart Leishman was found guilty by magistrates in Hereford after previously entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 66-year-old had been caught driving a red Mercedes SLK in Hereford's Barton Road while over the drink-drive limit on February 27.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35.
Leishman, of Sycamore Croft, Madley, was fined £553 and disqualified from driving for 20 months. He must also pay costs of £630 and a £55 victim surcharge.
