A HEREFORDSHIRE carer has been sent to the crown court for sentencing after committing fraud by abuse of position.
Sarah Bevan, 39, appeared before Hereford magistrates court, where she was convicted of committing fraud by abuse of position by abusing her position as a carer, intending to make a financial gain for herself, in Ledbury between May 1 and December 3.

Bevan, of Monkton Place, St Weonards, was sent to the crown court for sentencing, and will appear before Worcester Crown Court on July 15.
