THE next generation of runners have the chance to test themselves and have some fun exercise at the new weekly Hereford junior parkrun event.
The event takes place at 9am every Sunday morning at Hereford Leisure Centre.
Junior Parkrun events like the senior events are free but runners are required to register once online.
The course is two kilometres long and the event is for children aged between four and 14 years old.

"To get the youngsters out running at an early age. We all know how good health and fitness is for their physical and mental wellbeing.
"These youngsters are future sports stars in the making and also with running there is a great comradery."
