HEREFORD FC fans voted 'player of the season' Ben Pollock has decided not to re-sign for next season.

The 24-year-old who played at the heart of the Bulls defence last season.

Pollock is the second player to decline an offer to stay at the club after Tom Owen-Evans joined Kidderminster Harriers.

Harry Pinchard, Ryan McLean and Yan Klukowski are contracted with the Bulls for next season.

"I've made the incredibly hard decision to leave Hereford FC after three brilliant years at the club," said Pollock in a tweet.

"Thank you to all the fans for making my time here so enjoyable.

"Also a huge thank you to the gaffer, staff and my team-mates who have helped me so many times in these last three seasons.

"Hereford will always hold a special place in my heart and I wish nothing but success for the club."
