A BANNED Herefordshire man has been fined by magistrates after breaking the terms of his restraining order.
Adam Smith entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.

The court heard the 29-year-old had direct contact with a woman he was banned from contacting by a restraining order imposed by magistrates in Worcester on April 21 without reasonable excuse between April 26 and 29.
Smith, of West Street, Leominster, was fined £80 and must pay costs of £135.
