A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been handed a hefty penalty after he was caught driving without a licence or insurance.
Simon Anthony Inight, 54, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Inight had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf in Leominster's Bargates without a licence on October 7.
He was also driving without insurance, the court heard.
Inight, of Laundry Lane, Leominster, was fined a total of £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
