A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been up before the court accused of burglary, fraud by false representation, and theft.
David Moore denied nine charges when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster,
The court heard the 46-year-old is accused of stealing a Santander bank card belonging to another person in Ross-on-Wye between March 31 and April 2, and also of using it at at ATM machine in Morrisons and Euro Garages, Ross, on various occasions between the same dates to steal £750.

He is accused of one count of fraud by false representation by attempting to use another person's bank cards to buy food in Ross on April 5.
He faces two charges of burglary with intent to steal, being accused of entering the staff room at St Michael's Hospice shop in Gloucester Road, Ross, as a trespasser with intent to steal on April 26, and of entering the staff room of Costa Coffee, in Market Place, Ross, as a trespasser with intent to steal on April 5.
He is also accused of stealing Air Pods, a G Shock watch, and cash worth a total of £420 from another person in Ross between February 28 and March 1, and stealing food worth £8 from Co-op in Ross on December 23, food worth £33 from Co-op on April 20, and alcohol worth £64.50 from Sainsbury's in Ross on May 4.
Moore, of River View, Ross, will appear before Hereford magistrates for a case management hearing on June 8.
