MORE Herefordshire speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.
Richard Junior Toutt, 33, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Toutt had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Peugeot in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on September 26.
Toutt, of Maesglas Road, Llanelli, was fined £275 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Peter Alec Griffiths, 69, was found guilty by magistrates in Hereford after entering a not guilty plea.

The court heard Mitsubishi driver Griffiths had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A44 Barons Cross Road in Leominster on August 9.
Griffiths, of Hillcrest Close, Llandrindod, was fined £30 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £100 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Lucy Golder, 50, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Llanelli.
The court heard Golder had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of an Isuzu D-Max in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A438 Three Cocks to Glasbury on November 22.
Golder, of Clyro, Herefordshire, was fined £40 and received three penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
