He has been ordered to pay hundreds after dropping a cigarette butt in the street
A CIGARETTE has cost a Herefordshire man hundreds of pounds after he dropped it in a city street.
Kyle Hall was proven guilty by magistrates in Portsmouth.
The court heard the 24-year-old had dropped a cigarette and left it in Eastgate Street in Gloucester on October 8.
Hall, who is of New Street, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £165 and a £34 victim surcharge.
