A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been fined after driving without due care and attention on a motorway.
Tarminder Singh entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 49-year-old had been caught driving a Renault without due care and attention on the M5 southbound at Droitwich on September 28.
Singh, of Much Cowarne, Bromyard, was fined £200 and received four penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
