A HEREFORDSHIRE drink-driver has been banned from the roads.
Elijah Steele entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 20-year-old had been caught in charge of a Mercedes A Class in Kingstone's Green Lane while over the limit on April 9.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Steele, of Green Lane, Kingstone, was handed 10 penalty points and fined £153. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
