AN HISTORIC 17th century pub in a Herefordshire market town is up for sale.
The Grape Vaults, in Leominster's Broad Street is on the market with commercial agents Sidney Phillips for a free-of-tie lease of £35,000.
The grade II listed real ale pub has a character open plan bar area with exposed timber features including fitted seating, and fireplaces.

The pub, described as a 'true gem' and 'timeless' by its reviewers, currently has a four and a half star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor.
