A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been handed a hefty penalty after she was caught on the roads without insurance or a licence.
Mia Macbean was proven guilty by magistrates in Cannock.

The court heard the 20-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall in Potteries Way, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, without a licence or insurance on September 5.
Macbean, of Palmerston Road, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £220 for driving without a licence and £660 for driving without insurance. She also received eight penalty points and must pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
