SPECIALIST fire and rescue crews have been called out to help a cow near Hereford.
Bromyard Fire Station’s animal rescue team was sent to Dinedor after a large cow got trapped in a feeder.
A crew from Hereford Fire Station were also called to the village, near Hereford, at about 2.45pm on Monday (April 25) to help the animal.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said the cow was released from the feeder with the assistance of the two fire crews.
Earlier this month, Bromyard’s large animal team rescued a horse that was stuck in his horse box and days later helped move two buffalo at West Midland Safari Park.
