MORE drivers have been fined by the courts after failing to tell police who was behind the wheel of their cars.
Daniel Powell was proven guilty by magistrates in Bath.
The court heard the 34-year-old had failed to identify the driver of a car who was alleged to have committed an offence to police in Avon and Somerset on August 4.
Powell, of Kingsway, Hereford, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
John Russell Snoddon, 29, was proven guilty by magistrates in Bath.
The court heard Snoddon had failed to identify the driver of a car who was alleged to have committed an offence to police in Avon and Somerset on October 7.
Snoddon, of Moor Street, Hereford, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
Nicholas Llewellyn Griffiths, 32, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Griffiths had failed to identify the driver of a car who was alleged to have committed an offence in Herefordshire to police in West Mercia on November 16.
Griffiths, of Herbert Walk, Newport, was fined £660 and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
