A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been handed a 40-month driving ban after failing to provide a sample to police.
Sam Morrall entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 37-year-old had failed to provide a breath sample to police in Hereford during the course of an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence on March 29.

Morrall, of Chatsworth Road, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 40 months, received a 12-month community order, and was fined £200.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
