MEET the team from a Herefordshire hotel that is looking to hire new staff, with jobs leading to qualifications.
The Old Court Hotel in Whitchurch, near Ross-on-Wye, is a privately owned 16th-century manor house that now operates as a country inn.
The hotel has a Tudor dining room restaurant, well-stocked bar, large function room for weddings and special celebrations, a cosy lounge and an all-weather conservatory which leads to a large patio and gardens.
It has been owned and managed by couple Tori and Jono Milne for the last 16 years. Between them have more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
The family has more than 50 team members who work together in front-of-house, kitchen, housekeeping, and gardening.
The hotel is now recruiting for more team members and offers full training, including national vocational qualifications (NVQ).
Staff are paid above national minimum wage, offered a free meal during breaks, flexible working terms, weekly pay and the team shares 100 per cent of their tips.
