  • Referee David McNamara had a big decision to make after just eight minutes as Miles Storey stole the ball from the boot of goalkeeper Wyll Stanway with the Bulls forward brought down outside the box, but Stanway was only booked.
  • Loanee Wolves goalkeeper Andreas Sondergaard was making his debut in the Bulls goal and was forced into action after 15 minutes denying Marcus Dackers' effort.
  • Sondergaard was back into action on 18 minutes denying Anthony Dudley's strike tipping the ball behind.
  • Declan Weeks was next to give the Bulls a warning sign seeing his effort deflected wide into the side-netting.
  • The deadlock was broken on 24 minutes when Harrison Burke met Weeks' corner at the front post and headed home.

  • From the penalty spot Owen-Evans made no mistake sweeping the ball home.
  • With three minutes remaining the Bulls could have had a fourth goal with Storey linking up with Seb Revan on the overlap before seeing his effort saved by the goalkeeper.
