Hereford Magistrates
A HEREFORDSHIRE woman attacked a police officer in an incident in Malvern.
Maria Joanne Williams entered a guilty plea after previously pleading not guilty when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 51-year-old had assaulted a police officer acting in the course of his duties by beating in Malvern on February 28.
Williams, of Brookend Street, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £498 and must pay compensation of £100. She must also pay costs of £300 and a £50 victim surcharge.
