A FIRE has been seen at a Herefordshire village.
The fire could be seen in a treeline in Bodenham, between Hereford and Leominster, this evening at around 5pm.
It was spotted from a mile away by resident Lizzi Armstrong, who called 999.
A spokesperson from the fire service said firefighters are at the scene.
A group of hedges and trees in Bodenham Moor caught alight from a nearby bonfire and a local farmer was given advice, said the spokesperson.
The fire was seen from a country lane, said Ms Armstrong.
Update: The fire service have put out the fire and there were no casualties.
