MORE speeders have been fined by magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit in Herefordshire.

Andrew Densley, 33, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard Ford driver Densley had been caught speeding in a 30 miles per hour zone on the B4234 Ledbury Road at Ross-on-Wye on May 8.

Densley, of Thames Close, Worcester, was fined £192 and disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

David Anthony, 79, was proven guilty by magistrates in Llanelli.

The court heard Anthony had been caught breaking the speed limit behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Corsa in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A438 Three Cocks to Glasbury road on July 31.

Anthony, of The Village, Clyro, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Hayley Baxter, 49, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard BMW driver Baxter had been caught speeding in a 50 zone on the A40 at Pencraig on June 16.

Baxter, of Hillcrest Road, Nuneaton, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Matthew Bee, 47, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Baxter had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Mercedes in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on June 16.

Bee, of Hawthorn Close, Alfreton, was fined £220 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
