A CAR owner has been banned from the roads after failing to identify the driver of a car to police.
Eliot Walton was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 24-year-old had failed to give information relating to the driver of an MG who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Pencraig, Herefordshire, to police on May 5.
Walton, of Heol Bryn Hebog, Merthyr Tydfil, was fined £660, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received six penalty points.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
