I’M AMAZED that Herefordshire Council is offering to give Hereford residents £15 each to help local businesses.
This is very commendable, but perhaps they should have given more thought to the outrageous doubling of parking charges recently applied, which certainly is a deterrent to shopping in Hereford and not helping these businesses one bit.
