A GREENFIELD site with planning permission for new homes on the edge of a Herefordshire village is up for sale with a pricetag of £1million.

Agents PA Black said the 1.6 acre greenfield site in Peterchurch has planning permission for 10 private homes, with no affordable homes requirement.

The site, to the south of Closure Place on the edge of the village of Peterchurch in Herefordshire's Golden Valley, is directly off the B4348, 12 miles due west of Hereford and 10 miles east of Hay-on-Wye.

The agents said they understand that water, electricity and foul drainage are all available from the B4348, but that they have not carried out any tests and interested parties are advised to conduct their own investigations.

Planning permission for erection of the 10 homes on the site was initially granted in March 2018, with all other matters except access reserved for future consideration. Further applications for approval of details, reserved matters, and non-material amendments to reword conditions were later approved, with some conditions.
