HEREFORDSHIRE Council plans to introduce a five-bin collection system in the next two years.
Some may say this is admirable; I feel differently.

In summer the stench is unpleasant and the sight is even more disagreeable.
Front gardens won’t even have enough space for five bins.
Other councils fine residents if they have not removed their bins by midday following collection on the previous day as they value the appearance of the streets.
Ask any terraced resident how they will cope.
