IT IS very distressing to be on the phone for such a long wait, and if you get an appointment it feels like it’s too much trouble for the doctor to spend enough time to speak with you.

I work in a pharmacy and we have been inundated with patients trying to get to see a doctor and we are being asked to take blood pressure because Hereford Medical Group sends them to us.


The medical centre was supposed to be able to accommodate more patients, but all we have are more patients complaining about HMG and wanting to change surgeries.
