Hereford Magistrates
AN ATTACKER has been banned from contacting his victim after an assault in a Herefordshire town.
Ryan Joseph West entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 25-year-old had assaulted a man in Kington by beating on August 13.
West, of Wall Hills Close, Kington, was handed a 12-month restraining order banning him from contacting his victim directly or indirectly, and fined £120.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
