A BANNED driver has been jailed after he was caught on the roads in Herefordshire.
Mitchell Starkey entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 24-year-old had been caught driving a Volkswagen Golf on the A438 at Ledbury while disqualified on October 22.
He had also been uninsured at the time.
Magistrates said Starkey, of Dry Thistle Close, Bromyard, had a flagrant disregard for court orders and jailed him for 18 weeks.
He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months and must pay a £128 victim surcharge.
