A HEREFORDSHIRE rail trespasser has been fined by magistrates after failing to turn up for his court hearing.
Levi Doherty was found guilty in his absence by magistrates in Newport.
The court heard the 27-year-old had been caught trespassing on railway lines at Newport Railway Station in Newport on May 19.
Doherty, of the John Haider Building, Bath Street, Hereford, was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £34 victim surcharge.
