IN REPLY to Hereford Medical Centre is not fit for purpose
Recently moving back to Hereford and having lived many places in the UK I've not seen a system such as Hereford Medical Group before.
As a relative outsider it appears to have been an attempt at consolidating and streamlining the service but the result has not been this.
Healthcare services across the country are overworked but with my brief interactions and observations with Hereford's I struggle to understand why waiting times for, calls, appointments and even appointments to get a referrals take longer than other areas with higher populations.
