MORE Herefordshire speeders have been up before the magistrates after they ere caught breaking the limit.

Here are the latest speeders to be fined by the courts:

Christopher John Jenkins, 47, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Llanelli.

The court heard Jenkins had been caught at 37 miles per hour in an Iveco van in a 30 miles per hour on the B4355 Presteigne Road at Knighton on June 2.

Jenkins, of Wyeside Gardens, Hay-on-Wye, was fined £100 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Jack Daniel Hatch, 29, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Bridlington.

The court heard Hatch had been caught at 44 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone in Hook Road, Goole, on December 6.

Hatch, of Walford Leys Hill, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £260 and received four penalty points. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Gareth Neil Presley, 38, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Worcester.

The court heard Presley had been caught speeding in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on April 17.

Presley, of Churchill Meadow, Ledbury, was fined £215 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Robert Richards, 50, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Swindon.

The court heard Richards had been caught breaking the 70 miles per hour limit in a BMW on the M4 at Swindon on February 23.

Richards, of Hollow Farm Road, Dinedor, was fined £650 and disqualified from driving for 14 days. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £65 victim surcharge.
