A MINI driver has been banned from the roads after she was caught driving while twice the drink-drive limit.
Daiva Stavickaite entered a guilty plea when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford after previously pleading not guilty at an earlier hearing.
The court heard the 34-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a BMW Mini on the B4361 between Luston and Bircher on April 15 while over the drink-drive limit.
An evidential blood sample revealed she had 164 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, twice the legal limit of 80.
Stavickaite, of Ashton, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £400.
She must also pay costs of £300 and a £40 victim surcharge.
