A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been fined hundreds of pounds after failing to identify the driver of a vehicle to police.
Agnieszka Marta Kasprzak was proven guilty by magistrates in West Yorkshire.
The court heard the 38-year-old had failed to give information to police in Bradford, West Yorkshire, on the identity of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence on December 30.
Kasprzak, of Almeley Close, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £666. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
