A PORSCHE driver has been handed points after he was caught speeding in a Herefordshire town.
Zbyszko Hess, 40, admitted breaking the 40 miles per hour limit in a Porsche Cayenne on the B4214 Tenbury Road in Bromyard on March 9.
Hess, of Coronation Avenue, Bromyard, was handed three points and fined £100.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
