A MAN who was banned from Hereford city centre has been jailed for his behaviour in Birmingham.
Michael Croke entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Birmingham.
The court heard the 55-year-old had caused harassment, alarm, and distress by shouting and swearing in the street in Birmingham on September 27.
Croke admitted breaking the terms of a 24-week suspended sentence imposed by magistrates on September 23 after he was caught shouting and swearing, which he was banned from doing by a criminal behaviour order imposed by magistrates in Hereford, in Birmingham New Street Station.

Magistrates said the offence was serious as it was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence, activated Croke's suspended sentence, and handed him a further 16 week sentence, to run consecutively to the activated sentence.
Croke, formerly of Hereford and now of Malmesbury Road, Birmingham, must also pay a £128 victim surcharge.
