HEAVY rain has hit Herefordshire this morning (September 27).
Forecasters at the Met Office said heavy rain and strong winds will clear through the early morning, with sunny spells and some blustery showers later today.
Conditions will feel significantly cooler, with a maximum temperature of 17C.
Tonight will be clearer with a few showers in the west, feeling cooler with a minimum temperature of 8C.
As predicted the line convection on this morning’s weather front produced some very heavy, but short lived rain.

Conditions will turn drier and sunnier on Wednesday after early showers, with further wet and windy weather on Thursday and Friday.
