We used to be a city of the same size as Gloucester but their council has developed for the future, and even Ross has its own bypass.

The council focusing on the city becoming greener cannot happen without a bypass or new bridge, the infrastructure is just not in place, forcing a lot of traffic in and out of the area to sit in stand still traffic, increasing the CO2 rate emissions.
