EMERGENCY traffic lights are in place due to the risk of rocks falling on a busy Herefordshire road.
A spokesperson for Herefordshire Council and Balfour Beatty Living Places said that an emergency lane closure had been put in place in order to protect motorists from the risk of falling rocks on Wilton Road in Ross-on-Wye.
The spokesperson asked drivers not to move temporary traffic control measures.
