A MAN was caught with class A drugs in Hereford, a court has heard.
James Meighan admitted possessing class A drugs when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 46-year-old had been caught in possession of heroin and cocaine in Hereford on October 21.
Meighan, of Aylestone Hill, Hereford, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and the drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge.
