A DEVELOPMENT plot is up for sale in Hereford with planning permission to build 10 new flats.
Granted in 2017, the plans for the site include the construction of two contemporary blocks of three-storey accommodation with one and two- bedroom apartments on the ground and first floor and luxury penthouse apartments covering the whole of the second floor in each block.
Marketing agents Sunderlands said the planned buildings at the site, set just off Friars Street, will have plenty of amenity space around them and blend in well with the adjoining properties.
Each block has allocated parking, cycle store and amenity space at the site, which is within walking distance of the city centre.
The site is on the market for a guide price of £500,000.
