AN OLD nursing home which was turned into a house has hit the market with a guide price of £850,000 – but it does have an annexe and it's own pond in the garden.

The five-bed detached house, just off the Traveller's Rest roundabout in Ross-on-Wye was believed to have been built in 1924, agents Steve Gooch said on Zoopla.
