HEREFORD FC have added two players to their squad ahead of their first league game tomorrow.
Midfielder Richard Whittingham and teenage goalkeeper Nykah Jarone Liburd-Hines have both been signed to the squad.
Whittingham, aged 29, made his Bulls debut in a 3-3 draw against Kettering Town last season and was invited back to pre-season.
“Richard has come in during pre-season and worked extremely hard, so I’m delighted that he’s agreed to join the squad for the coming season,” said Bulls manager Josh Gowling.
Goalkeeper Liburd-Hines has impressed manager Gowling on trial during pre-season.
The 19-year-old featured in the Nottingham Forest and Leicester City Academy set-ups.
“Nykah came in early on in pre-season and has done very well,” added Gowling.
“His development in the short time he has been with us is very impressive and he’s certainly one that we have high hopes for in the future.”
